A collaboration between Iapetus Wines and Eden Cider of cofermented apple and grape. Spontaneous fermentation, bottled before finishing. Not disgorged, contains residual lees. No added sugar.
Shelburne Vineyards is located on the West side of the Green Mountains in the Taconic Orgeny, and the apples are from Eden Orchards, a biodynamic cider orchard on the East side of the Green Mountains in the Acadian Orogeny.
