This sparkling owes its creamy and textured palate to Pinot Noir grapes and méthode champenoise style winemaking.

Varieties: 100% Pinot Noir
Location: Columbia Gorge, WA
Alcohol: 12.5%
Production: 150 cases

Of citrine color and brilliant clarity to the eye, traditional autolytic character on the nose, and a creamy textured palate, this wine appeals to all of the senses. Vinous in character, in which the bubbles preserve the expression of this special terroir.

Of true méthode champenoise production, this sparkling was aged sur lie for 42 months. Disgorged June 2021.

This Blanc de Noirs is an expression of a single variety, single vineyard, and single vintage, honoring the individuality of this historic site. At over 40 years of age, Atavus Vineyard is one of the oldest vineyards in the Pacific Northwest. The vines are meticulously managed to produce concentrated fruit with a sense of individuality.
