What is your shipping policy?
We are currently only able to ship to California. Orders are confirmed and shipped Monday through Friday. Once your wine has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information where you can monitor your expected delivery date. You can expect to receive your wine in 5-10 business days. Someone over the age of 21 must be present to receive the wine, so make sure you’ve chosen a delivery address where someone will be available during delivery hours. What is your return/exchange policy?
Because the logistics of shipping wine are so complicated, we are not accepting returns. If you have received a wine you are deeply unhappy with, or that you believe is corked or flawed, please reach out to us through the contact form on our website. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. We are here to help and we want you to be happy!
Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
